RV Sites
Rates & Policies

We have 305 RV Sites, with 70 of our sites right on the water. Every RV site has full hookups - water, sewer, electric 20/30/50 amp, and basic cable TV. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Rates are based on two adults and 2 children, 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. Please see our Visitors Rates if you plan to have day or overnight guests on your site. Maximum 8 people per site. Tents are not permitted. Vehicle washing on site is not permitted.

We welcome truck campers, pop-up tent trailers, travel trailers, 5th wheels, class C motor coaches, class B motor coaches, and class A motor coaches. (Tent camping is not permitted.)

Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

During peak season: all arrivals after 8:30 pm must call the office by 8:00pm to provide an estimated time of arrival; arrivals after 8:30 pm may be required to park overnight in the office registration parking. During the holidays and peak months of July & August, if you call ahead to the office, we will generally wait for your arrival and allow you to check-in to your site after 8:30 pm as long as there is some daylight left. During off-peak seasons, please call by 6:00 pm to provide an ETA, and arrangements will be made for your entry. Early arrivals and late departures may be available for an additional fee at $3.00/hour (for up to 2 hours) and can only be given based on availability.

Discounts available: 10% off only for VKR, active Military during Super Special, 7th night free for all customers. No coupons are necessary - just be sure to mention this promo when booking your reservation.
Weekly, monthly, seasonal rates are already considered discounted rates; no further discounts can be applied.

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Customers must place a minimum deposit to hold a reservation. The minimum deposit guidelines are: a 1-night deposit for a stay of less than 7 nights, 2-night deposit for a stay of 7 nights or longer, 3-night deposit for holiday bookings, and 25% deposit for stays greater than 14 nights. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received.

All cancellations will be subject to a minimum $20 cancellation fee. For >= 14-days notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit (subject to the $20 minimum cancellation fee); the balance will be refunded to the customer. For less than 14-days notice (including no-shows), the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit. Note: If a customer places a deposit greater than the minimum deposit, then later cancels the reservation, the cancellation fee will be based on the minimum deposit required. There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

Descriptions of RV Site Classifications (hint: click on descriptions for photo examples of site classes)
Lake-View FHU (formerly called our "Standard" class)	These RV sites have 2-3 rows of RV's between you and the shoreline. These sites are the most in-land of our sites...but keep in mind that you are generally no more than 200 yards from the shoreline and can view the lake from any RV site.
Deluxe Lake-View FHU (formerly called our "Lake-View" or "Marina- Front" classes)	These RV sites either: have 1 row of RV's between you and the shoreline and are generally across the road from Premium Lakefront sites; OR they have no RV's between you and the shoreline, and have frontage along our marina..
Pull-Thru FHU (aka Lakeview PT)	These RV sites have 1-2 rows of RV's between you and the shoreline. For these "pull-thru" sites, you can enter and exit the site by driving thru your site.
Premium Pull-Thru FHU	These RV sites have no RV's between you and the shoreline, and either have direct lake frontage in front of your site or have frontage along our marina. These RV sites are among our most requested/popular sites. For these "pull-thru" sites, you can enter and exit the site by driving thru your site.
Premium Lake-Front FHU	These RV sites are our most popular sites. There are no RV's between you and the shoreline, and have direct lake frontage in front of your site.
