Arriving and Checking-In For All Customers
Pre-arrival information and forms are posted here.  If you can help us by preparing some information in advance, we can reduce the time it takes to register all our guests and everyone will have more time to enjoy the resort.

 

Pre-Arrival Information & Rules Sheet

To expedite your check-in: print, complete, sign, & fax/bring the following forms & payments:

     Expedited Check-In Form

For pet owners:  make extra copy of your rabies certificate to  give to us.

     Actual Coupons or Valid Membership Cards (to AAA, AARP, CAA, FMCA, FQCC, Good Sam,
          and Active Military) to validate any applicable discounts for holidays and peak season

     $10 cash (please in US dollars only) security deposit for Gate Access Card, optional & refundable

     Visa, MasterCard, money order, travelers check, or cash (no personal checks) to pay balance.

    

     You can fax the above forms to 315-955-6858 prior to arrival date, but you must physically
     show/provide us the last three items at check-in.  Having all the information readily available

     by the time you enter the Island House for registration will expedite your check-in.
