Opportunities We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a resort geared to providing high quality facilities and services to vacationing families, all candidates must be willing to work peak periods during weekends Friday/Saturday/Sunday from May 1st (or from date of hire) to Labor Day and must be willing to work the holiday weeks for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Our positions are seasonal in nature with jobs available starting May 1, June 1, and June 21 to work through Labor Day or October 15th.
Employees will receive a 10% discount in the store and restaurant, and free wifi access. Workampers will have additional considerations, of credit to rv site rentals.

Positions Available for AIResort
Housekeeping Supervisor: (Seeking 1 full-time employee for full season) All housekeeping staff must maintain excellent cleaning standards and should take pride in their work as it is one of our most important jobs. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors for customer satisfaction at campgrounds & marinas. Responsibilities: The housekeeping supervisor must perform housekeeping responsibilities as well as manage, train, supervise, & schedule staff. Must clean/maintain the bathhouses, cottages, Island House, Black Catte, Clubhouse, Conference Center, laundry building on a regular basis, and as needed for other buildings. Prior Experience: requires at least 3+ years of housekeeping experience, 2+ years experience in supervisory role. Requires: excellent cleaning skills, attention to detail; excellent communication skills, excellent organization, ability to multi-task, basic computer skills a plus. Moderate physical abilities.

Office/Reservations/Guest Services Clerk: (Seeking 2 full-time, 1 part-time) Responsibilities include: answer telephones, take reservations, work with a computerized reservations system, Point of sale (POS) cashier daily entry and reports, daily closings, guest check-in and out, customer service (including customer inquiries and diplomatically handle customer complaints), file, sort mail, troubleshoot resort problems, enforce rules, stock inventory, price inventory, etc. Prior Experience: requires at least 2-years experience working as an administrative assistant, store clerk, or reservationist – preferably for a business in the hospitality industry. Requires: excellent communication skills, customer service skills, diplomatic skills, abilities to constantly multi-task, excellent computer skills, friendly personality with positive disposition. Willingness to back-up cleaning staff, if needed. Specifically seeking candidate with French-English bilingual capabilities.
Recreational Activities Coordinator: (Seeking 1 part-time) Responsibilities include: schedule, set up, implement, participate in, & lead recreational activities for broad range of ages, 4 to adult. Prior Experience: prefer prior resort activities experience, Boy/Girl Scouts, 4H, rotary, or youth camp experience, or parents who enjoy children’s activities. Requires: excellent communication skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, outgoing personality, interest in child development a plus. Must be friendly, dependable, and able to work with a diverse group of people. Willingness to back-up cleaning staff, if needed.
Gate Attendant/Security/Resort Ranger: (Seeking 1 part-time for full season) Responsibilities include: monitor the security gate, maintain visitor log, check car passes, traffic entry control, patrol the island to enforce resort rules, respond to guest complaints regarding rule violations, and overall responsibility for security throughout the resort. Prior Experience: prefer prior resort security experience. Requires: good communication skills, diplomatic skills. Willingness to back-up cleaning staff, if needed.
Maintenance Supervisor: (Seeking 1 full-time) · Responsibilities include: install, maintain, and repair all resort facilities (rv sites, marina, cottages, buildings, groundskeeping, pool, etc), supervise and schedule maintenance staff. Prior Experience: requires at least 5+ years of maintenance experience, 2+ years experience in managing staff workers. Prefer experience using heavy equipment: backhoe, skidsteer, etc. Requires: strong mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry experience; excellent communication skills, excellent organization, ability to multi-task, basic computer skills a plus. Moderate to strong physical abilities. Willingness to back-up cleaning staff, if needed.
Maintenance Staff: (Seeking 1 full-time, 1 part-time) · Responsibilities include: install, maintain, and repair all resort facilities (rv sites, marina, cottages, buildings, groundskeeping, pool, etc), mow lawn, weed-eat, remove weeds, dig, clean fire-rings, landscape, plant grass or vegetation, rake sites, rake beach, service marina docks & ramp, general repairs, troubleshoot electrical and cable, clean and test pool, and general all around handyman. Involves moderate to high physical activity. Prior Experience: prefer at least 2+ years of maintenance experience. Prefer experience using heavy equipment: backhoe, skidsteer, etc. Requires: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, marina experience; ability to multi-task. Moderate to strong physical abilities. Willingness to back-up cleaning staff, if needed.

Restaurant Proprietor: · AIResort is seeking a restaurant proprietor/entrepreneur to lease space and fully operate all aspects of restaurant business. Proprietor must have prior experience in running a restaurant and must be willing to take all risks, and participate in the upside reward, of running a restaurant specifically geared to AIResort's customer base.
